建筑產(chǎn)品CE認(rèn)證（CPD指令）概述：
為了規(guī)范歐盟各成員國(guó)對(duì)建筑產(chǎn)品的管理，使歐盟各成員國(guó)關(guān)于建筑產(chǎn)品的法律、法規(guī)和行政規(guī)定協(xié)調(diào)一致，1988年12月21日，歐共體理事會(huì)頒布了Construction products 89/106/EEC 指令。
建筑產(chǎn)品CE認(rèn)證（CPD指令）保證其境內(nèi)的建筑物和土木工程在設(shè)計(jì)與施工上不對(duì)人、家畜(禽)、財(cái)產(chǎn)的安全構(gòu)成威脅。該指令不僅關(guān)系到建筑物的安全，而且關(guān)系到健康、使用壽命、節(jié)約能源、環(huán)境保護(hù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)因素和其他公共利益方面的重要因素。
建筑產(chǎn)品CE認(rèn)證(CPD指令)核心要求：
產(chǎn)品必須適用于符合其預(yù)定用途的建筑工程(整個(gè)工程和工程的各獨(dú)立部分)，同時(shí)要考慮到經(jīng)濟(jì)性，就此而論，工程必須在遵守包含以下基本要求的法規(guī)條件下滿足這些要求。在正常維護(hù)的情況下，這些要求必須在經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的使用壽命內(nèi)得到滿足。本要求通常涉及可預(yù)期的行動(dòng)。
1.機(jī)械阻力及穩(wěn)定性
建筑工程的設(shè)計(jì)和施工必須使其在施工和使用過程中可能承受的載荷不會(huì)導(dǎo)致下列事故的發(fā)生：
工程整體或部分倒塌；
變形嚴(yán)重到不允許的程度；
承載結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)重變形，引起工程其他部分或裝置或安裝的設(shè)備遭到損壞；
事故造成的損壞與初衷不相稱。
2.防火安全
建筑工程的設(shè)計(jì)和施工必須在突發(fā)火災(zāi)時(shí)：
使結(jié)構(gòu)承載能力維持一段特定的時(shí)間；
使工程范圍內(nèi)火、煙的產(chǎn)生與蔓延受到限制；
使火勢(shì)向臨近建筑工程的蔓延受到限制；
使人員能逃離該工程或以其他方式得到營(yíng)救；
使救援人員的安全得到考慮。
3.衛(wèi)生、健康與環(huán)境
建筑工程的設(shè)計(jì)和施工必須保證其不對(duì)工程范圍內(nèi)的人員或鄰里的衛(wèi)生和健康構(gòu)成威脅，尤其不能發(fā)生下列情況：
釋放有毒氣體；
空氣中出現(xiàn)有害微?；驓怏w；
釋放有害輻射；
對(duì)土壤或水造成污染和毒化；
對(duì)廢水、煙、廢物或廢液清除不當(dāng)；
工程各部分或其內(nèi)表面出現(xiàn)潮濕
4.使用安全
建筑工程的設(shè)計(jì)和施工不得造成操作或使用過程中出現(xiàn)諸如滑移、跌落、碰撞、燒傷、觸電、爆炸受傷等不能接受的事故危險(xiǎn)。
5.噪音防護(hù)
建筑工程的設(shè)計(jì)和施工必須使工程范圍內(nèi)的人員及附近居民能覺察出來的噪音控制在低水平，使他們的健康不受威脅并能讓他們?cè)诹钊藵M意的環(huán)境中睡眠、休息及工作。
6.節(jié)能及保溫
根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)貧夂驐l件及人員情況，建筑工程及其供暖、制冷、通風(fēng)裝置必須在設(shè)計(jì)和施工上保證使用盡可能少的所需能量。
